With regards to all commodities contract negotiations, as Private Independent Intermediary Intermediate Buyer/Seller Agent (PIA), we employ a doctrine of strict compliance, adhering to UCP600, Incoterms 2000, and all other applicable rules and regulations under the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).  As such, anyone looking to work with our firm in a PIA capacity, dealing with complex commodity contract negotiations, will need to be familiar with all the rules and regulations as it pertains to the ICC.
